 The Annual Service Contract is a 1-year service contact that provides the following benefits:
- Hotline support available every workday for the period of the contract.
- Email support during service hours.
- CAD Guidance.
- CAM, Toolpath & NC Code Guidance.
- Post processor assistance & new Post Processor Libraries.
- Optional on-site mentoring may be used for a wide variety of on-site assistance.
Examples include:
- Short term help with installation,
- Customisation or product migration,
- Intensive, targeted training; follow-up instruction after a training course; or on-the-job coaching.

- 2Gb Available Hard Disk (used for Paging Files)

If you are using a computer that has less RAM than the minimum requirements, you may experience delays in executing functions that
relate to rendering models, generating toolpath and G-Code programs. These delays are not caused by the BobCAD-CAM software. By
upgrading your computer to the recommended requirements, you will be able to execute those functions more efficiently. Note to
Microsoft Vista users
- All current Version of BobCAD-CAM software will install and run on Microsoft Windows 32- and 64-bit operating systems. It is
highly recommended to use Vista Home Premium or higher for performance reasons.
